Each residential aged care and community care provider will receive an invitation to participate in the national survey to their Department of Health and Aged Care registered email.
The aim is for senior-level executive who has the responsibility for digital service provision to complete the survey which is estimated to take 1 hour for residential aged care and 30 minutes for community care providers.
The results of the survey will be published to those who complete the survey in a PowerPoint format to allow organisations to use the data to support their own digital maturity.
The survey will be open until Friday 12 May 2023.
